I bridge strategic thinking and the enablement of adoption and execution.Strategy that does not land in behavior change is waste. Enablement without a strategy spine is noise. My work exists to close that gap.I operate at the intersection of GTM strategy, revenue operations, enablement, analytics, and learning design. I help organizations translate complex platforms, data, and priorities into clear operating models, prescriptive workflows, and durable execution habits that improve adoption, time to value, and revenue consistency.Most recently at Demandbase, I partnered with customers to operationalize account intelligence and strengthen GTM execution. That work spanned strategic diagnosis, playbook design, and structured adoption programs that helped revenue teams apply insight in real workflows, not just understand it conceptually.Earlier roles across GTM strategy, ABM, analytics, customer experience, and learning systems shaped the system-level approach I bring today. Across those roles, the pattern has been consistent: extract institutional knowledge, impose structure, and convert intent into execution.Through Bold Universe, I formalize this approach into Enablement Orchestration Systems, a model for turning organizational knowledge into scalable, reusable assets that support long-term execution.I am open to conversations with teams focused on GTM effectiveness, revenue execution, customer adoption, or post-sale strategy.

   Bold Universe is my independent consulting practice, where I help organizations translate strategy into adoption and execution. My work focuses on GTM effectiveness, customer adoption, and execution maturity across complex B2B environments.Through this work, I developed Enablement Orchestration Systems (EOS), a system-level approach for turning strategic intent and institutional knowledge into clear operating models, repeatable workflows, and durable behavior change.Bold Universe functions as both a consulting practice and a design lab. It is where I develop frameworks, architectural prototypes, and applied artifacts that support strategy-to-execution traversal, and where the approach I bring into formal consulting and in-house roles is continuously refined.
