I’m Sr. Leader focused on building team‘s and running strategic enterprise programs and projects. These are multi-million, multi-year types of initiatives. I\'m passionate about project management. I love leading my team on mission critical initiatives. The fast pace, adjusting on the fly and figuring out \"how we can\" instead of reporting on \"why we can\'t\" are just some of the things that excite me about this type of work. I’ve covered all the bases when it comes to project work. I\'ve helped build PMOs, transforming project management from an expense to a value add. I’ve aligned projects to corporate strategies, developed high-performing, cross-functional teams, and lead multi-million dollar programs directly impacting my organizations ability to compete. Here’s what I do really well:1. Deliver Projects: Confidently lead teams on complex, multi-year, multi-million dollar programs. Provide project consulting while serving as a trusted business advisor. Own the project lifecycle from ideation to deployment including capacity/resource analysis, project planning, business case development, budget management and project ROI. Ensure projects stay aligned to the approved business case, scope, budget and schedule. Drive Operational Performance: Align corporate strategy with a prioritized project portfolio. Utilize project ROI estimates to determine an optimal investment/project mix. Develop metrics ensuring delivery of customer, revenue, go to market and cost savings goals. Inform executives on options, risks, costs/benefits, and other system/customer/process impacts. Lead Teams: Proactively communicate our project story from the executives to front lines. Actively engage senior leadership to assess various business areas, understand current and future problems, and provide solutions for how to transform the business. Collaborating across the organization, influence stakeholders while creating a culture of accountability. Lead the team thru the various stages of change management that comes with all projects. When I’m not doing “project stuff” you’ll find me coaching girls’ softball, heading out for a hike or working one of my many “projects” around the house.
