My work spans running AI agents, managing strategic partnerships, building scalable processes powered by AI, raising funds, and sourcing top-tier creative talent to scale operations efficiently.Through YouGenius, we also power MPFIVE PLAYER, our music content platform that transforms a single song into infinite versions, combining innovative audio technology with visual storytelling. Together, both ventures sit at the intersection of tech, creativity, and culture, with YouGenius as the operational and creative engine behind it all.Before founding YouGenius, I spent a decade shaping teams and scaling operations inside some of the most influential companies in music and tech—including Universal Music Group and TikTok—working directly with leadership to drive high-impact hiring, org design, and global team growth.Along the way, I joined accelerators, built software from 0→1, and taught myself product management by launching real tools with real users.
