Over 20 years experience working in the environmental consulting industry in both the private and public sectors. Experience has focused on working with site investigations, feasibility studies, remedial design, and remedial action under CERCLA, RCRA, and various state programs, particularly in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Extensive knowledge regarding investigation techniques and planning in connection with contaminated properties. Accomplished in other areas including project/program management, business development, emergency response and cleanup for chemical spills, air quality and emissions permitting, hazardous and universal waste management, water quality and wastewater treatment, Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, environmental compliance auditing, Underground Storage Tanks (USTs), construction oversight/resident engineering and public relations.Remediation sites include former manufactured gas plant (MGP) sites, wood-treating facilities, low-level radioactive waste sites, Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) sites, landfills and unrestricted dump sites, roadside and fixed facility chemical spill cleanups, commercial/industrial facilities including manufacturing, warehousing and automobile fueling and repair facilities, residential properties and public lands.
