In my current role, I oversee the credit union\'s retail operations team, or \"member-facing team\". This includes all of our branches, member solutions, member experience, member relations, investment services, card services, and payments. Essentially, we are the frontline face of the credit union - the physical voice that members hear and interact with (excluding our mortgage division). I am passionate about constantly improving and helping to better the experience for our members and team members, to enrich their lives in some way. ⍚ Why OCCU? OCCU makes $200 personal loans to multi-million dollar commercial loans. Both drive impact in our community and make real impacts in the lives of our members. We care about our communities and look for ways to find solutions, rather than ways to say no. We talk to our members and look at factors outside of the traditional credit and income qualifiers. And most importantly, our staff are empowered to make decisions and come up with solutions. OCCU aligns with my personal goals and ideals. It\'s a great place to work and I\'m proud to be a part of it.
