ABOUT BRIANA FILLERS

I would love to connect with you! Reach out here anytime or visit started my creative career in 2008 as a graphic designer and photographer. I added additional proficiencies during and after receiving my education, as I worked for an artisan organization, a real estate company, and a marketing firm. In 2012, I began to oversee marketing and communications efforts for two regional nonprofits, Highlands Community Services and United Way of Southwest Virginia. Over the course of six and a half years, I served on lead teams to inform decision-making; guided rebrand campaigns to strengthen positioning; introduced integrated, story-based marketing to build trust; and developed regional initiatives to create community.Outside of my full-time work, I spent seven years as member and Vice President of an artist cooperative of three dozen artists in Downtown Bristol. I have served on numerous boards, including the Children’s Advocacy Center, BVPS Education Foundation, and several Believe in Bristol committees. I was an active volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters, an organization dear to my heart, from 2011 to 2023.In 2018, I founded my brand consultancy with a goal of making strategic branding and rebranding - the kind traditionally only provided to large companies - available to local businesses in Bristol TN/VA, the Tri-Cities, and the surrounding area.During my 15+ years in the industry, I have won over two dozen shiny awards, including a 40 Under Forty in 2017 from The Business Journal of Tri-Cities. I hold degrees from Virginia Highlands Community College and East Tennessee State University. I live in my hometown of Bristol with my amazing husband, my precious son, and my thinks-she’s-human dog.
