About Briana Clarke

Building and leading programs with Philly youth, schools, artists, families, and communities has been my work for the last 14 years.I care a lot about the creative side of the work, but also about how things actually function. I’m systems and strategy-minded, and naturally look at things holistically; how a program is built, how it runs, and how it feels for the people in it. I love coaching people and building community.I’ve worked across program design, partnerships, and operations, always thinking about how to make things clearer and more intentional.At the end of the day, I’m a visual artist and facilitator, and that lens shapes everything I do.

   Fab Youth Philly

   Jan 2020 — Present

   Supports the evaluation and improvement of professional development trainings, coaching groups of up to 50 participants in playful learning pedagogy. Contribute to special projects, curriculum development, and on-the-ground implementation of playful learning initiatives across Playstreets, playgrounds, and Philadelphia neighborhoods.
