ABOUT BRIANA SNYDER
I am an HR leader focused on helping biotechnology and advanced manufacturing organizations scale—operationally, culturally, and organizationally. My experience sits at the intersection of science, manufacturing, and workforce strategy. I partner with executive teams during periods of growth and transition to build the structures required to deliver reliably in highly regulated environments: workforce planning aligned to production, leadership capability at scale, and talent systems that move organizations from legacy models to future-ready operations.Currently, I lead Human Resources for the U.S. operations of LOTTE Biologics, supporting the evolution from a single-client manufacturing model to a multi-client CDMO while scaling technical workforce capability and standing up the HR infrastructure required for sustained growth. Prior to this role, I held HR leadership positions at Biogen and Relay Therapeutics, supporting global manufacturing, clinical development, and enterprise functions through organizational change, operating model shifts, and leadership development. My approach blends practical operational experience with ongoing graduate study in Industrial–Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School, grounding my work in evidence-based organizational practice. I am particularly interested in how HR can enable complex organizations to grow without losing clarity, capability, or culture.
