First Biz Ops strategic leader hired to build out Operations at Cocoon and champion engineering technical programs to automate workflows to efficiently scale the company with internally developed software. As a Product Manager, launched product features to provide a seamless experience for our customers. • Launched multiple products designed to help customers better understand their pay while on leave. • Hired and led the strategic business operations org, managing teams across two states. Resulted in time savings of > hours/month. • Presented new releases to the company during regular All Hands meetings. • Eliminated use of third-party tooling to reduce costs and make our product a single source of truth. • Led integrations project work for HRIS systems by way of partnerships and developing in-house integrations. • Worked alongside our Sales team to close several of Cocoon’s largest deals and participated in onboarding calls with these customers post-launch to ensure they are set up for success.
