I specialize in sourcing mobile experts (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, SDET, Mobile Engineering Managers etc.), providing a great candidate experience, and placing them in a job that matches their motivations and long-term goals. At Lorien, I co-lead the business resource group, IMEarth, where we focus team events and company-wide initiatives to support sustainable practices and get involved with local problems. I am a co-lead of the Candidate Pillar which is apart of Lorien\'s five-pillar program. We proactively find solutions to make the stages of onboarding seamless and clear for our candidates.
