Bri Clark concentrates her practice in the litigation of business disputes. In the midst of highly emotional arguments, Bri delivers the calm, candid advice that clients need in order to make better decisions in all kinds of litigation including: bet-the-company litigation; intellectual property litigation; trust, estate and fiduciary litigation; real estate litigation; mineral rights and coal industry litigation; and appellate litigation. Bri also has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution and can assist clients in navigating the waters of arbitration – both from a front-end planning perspective and after-the-fact when disputes arise. A lifelong learner, Bri enjoys working with business clients in a variety of industries and sectors. Her strengths in learning and problem solving are best used when she has the opportunity to quickly get up to speed on the client’s business needs and desired outcomes. Armed with a deep understanding of the business, Bri takes a broad look across multiple scenarios to advise the client on how disputes and potential litigation could impact their day-to-day business operations and their long-term goals.Bri has consistently been recognized by her peers in the Indiana Super Lawyers list as a “Rising Star.” She has also been named to the Benchmark Litigation “Under 40 Hot List” for the past two years.Bri is a former professional cyclist and multi-time collegiate national champion in cycling. She is also the co-chair of the Business Litigation Practice Group.
