Collaborate with Advisor, Broker, and Account Management team on tasks/responsibilities, deadlines, milestones, and renewal performance expectations.Create Renewal Strategy Meeting presentation, showcasing the current program structure, premium summary, loss summary, and market conditions for each line of coverage.Generate Directors & Officers analytics report showing the client\'s likelihood of exposure-based claims, average settlement, etc.Complete Crime, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, D&O, and Cyber benchmarking to display purchasing trends, and program structure compared to competitors/peers.Produce Transparency & Disclosure and Confirmation of Binding documents to summarize our marketing effort, including quotes, declinations, and indications as well as quotes chosen to bind.Craft formal proposals highlighting potential program structure for the client\'s renewal including key components for quotes such as premium, limits, subjectivities and additional coverage information.Draft invoice requests to provide the Fiduciary Operations Team with billing instructions including but not limited to billing method, commission split, entity breakout, exposure and premium allocation, SL taxes, wholesaler fees, premium finance agreement, and payment routing instructions.Update schedule of insurance and program schematics, providing clients with a visual snapshot and high-level overview of their insurance programs.Review new and expiring policies to ensure all agreed renewal terms and conditions are accurate before transmitting insured documents.Summarize policy discrepancies, updates, and provide side-by-side comparison of policy language differences to Account Management and follow up with underwriters for policy revisions and necessary endorsements.Identify, retrieve, and file relevant compliance documentation necessary to process renewals, invoices, surplus lines filing, and other deliverables.
