Prepare technical accounting memorandums for non-standard activity as they arise. Assist the Company with recordation of complex, non-standard transactional activity in accordance with US GAAP, including inquiries from the various subsidiaries in connection with their monthly close. Review newly issued accounting standards and assess the impact on the Company’s financials, if any. Develop internal accounting policies and present changes globally to finance employees. Actively participate in the quarterly and annual close process as required.
