Diverse Project Manager & Estimator with more than 25 years of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction and infrastructure projects including bridges, roadways, water treatment facilities, maintenance facilities, and utilities for public and private-sector clients. His experience includes management and oversight of all field operations, managing crews, safety, cost controls, CPM Scheduling, and owner relations from inception to close out. Pulling from his experience performing on alternatively delivered contracts, including DB, CMAR, CMGC and P3’s, Brian has lead estimating, procurement, and constructability reviews. Brian has also provided input on the designs for the following projects, by working with the design teams. Brian’s alternative delivery project experience includes the $420M I-95 Fredericksburg Extension DB, Long Bridge North $1.1B CMGC, Susquehanna River Bridge CMAR, Windsor Woods, Princess Anne Plaza & the Lakes Improvement Project PDB.
