About Brian Yeaman

As a primary care physician and family medicine doctor and CMIO/medical director of several community, state wide and national health care entities, I value the care delivery model from start to finish. Health Information Technology and Exchange is a tool in the ole\' medical bag, but care of one person to another is really the bottom line. If we don\'t take care of one another. who will? The technology and big health care and big data is certainly where we have to be as an industry, but at the end of the day it is about taking care of one another. There is a common endpoint at the bedside that computers and technology will never duplicate and or replace. My hope for all of us is that the art of medicine and the art of caring isn\'t lost among the bits and bytes.
