Established three pillar approach to organizational mission for providing a community venue for events that are family friendly, inclusive and multi-cultural:*Friends of Finley: Engaging guest experience that builds community-Implemented NFL best practice security entry protocols-Annual revenue increase in food & beverage through implementation of fan-friendly concepts-Specific improvements to create accessible experiences for guests with special requirements, through local corporation partnerships.*Finley Forward: Sustainable Operation ensuring long-term resiliency-Leading community-driven master planning process for Finley Stadium\'s campus including stadium renovation, neighboring development, and connectivity- Over $3.7 million raised and executed in capital projects, the largest reinvestment in 28-year history- Established recycling culture, and recognized as a community leader in the space.*Finley at Full Speed: Aggressive Event Booking, Creating Destinations-Opened the Ultra Club in 2024, creating a private events venue and new premium space-Increase First Horizon Pavilion event activation dates from 58 in 2022 to 234 in 2025-Transitioned Facilities staff and processes to execute high-level field conversions between football, soccer, etc.
