Father of two beautiful kids | Husband of 16 years | 20-year U.S. Army Veteran | Transitioning Service memberAs a father, husband, and transitioning U.S. Army veteran with two decades of service, I bring a wealth of experience to the realm of Organizational Leadership, Program Management, and Project Management. I am deeply committed to service, believing that we all have a responsibility to contribute to the well-being of those around us.My journey has been a tapestry of diverse cultures, processes, and people, providing me with a rich understanding that fuels my ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results. I thrive on the challenges presented by varied outlooks on life, using them as opportunities to foster collaboration and excellence.My true passion lies in leading people, a calling that became evident during my tenure as an Organizational Leader at the United States Military Academy. Here, exposure to transformative leadership theories such as Transformational and Servant Leadership ignited a passion that drove me to pursue an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.One of my unique strengths is the ability to remain calm within the storm, unfazed by challenging situations.
