As Interactive Practice Head, I am responsible for all UI and mobile engineering across our teams globally, with staff in New York, Washington D. C, London, Sydney, Dubai, Budapest and Noida. I work with our engineers to align training, career growth, skill development, and more to business objectives.The Interactive Practice is \"everything you can see on a screen\", and because our engineering work is manifested in visual form, we collaborate very closely with design and product teams.I encourage engineers within the Interactive Practice to not only become experts in UI and mobile engineering techniques, but to broaden their skillsets across product and design practices. In order to deliver beautiful, performant user experiences, we must understand user objectives, user journeys, and how those are aligned to our clients business goals.Additionally, I am deeply involved in sales across the globe, and contribute my experience and perspective to communicate to clients our capabilities, approach, and engineering philosophy.
