I\'m a healthtech strategy and business development executive with nearly 20 years of experience helping growth-stage, PE-backed, and VC-backed companies scale through innovation, strategic partnerships, and corporate development. I have specialized in synthesizing market intelligence to help companies adapt or pivot to ongoing evolution in the marketplace by driving shifts in product, commercial, and corporate strategy.I recently served as VP of Strategy & Business Development at Clairity, a venture-backed AI radiology platform focused on breast cancer risk prediction. As the company\'s first hire after the CEO, I helped drive Clairity’s strategic direction—contributing to $20M+ in fundraising, using market intelligence to refine business models and shape go-to-market and reimbursement strategy, executing complex imaging data acquisition deals, and supporting FDA submission efforts. We received De Novo marketing authorization from FDA in May 2025.Previously, I was Managing Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Get Well, where I sourced and executed acquisitions leading to growth in new markets, helped the company transact from Welsh Carson to Pamplona, was part of a team that scaled revenue and EBITDA significantly, and helped launch a landmark enterprise strategic partnership with Cerner. I built a market intelligence function that informed strategic decision-making across sales, renewals, product strategy, and the corporate level. Earlier in my career, I was part of a team that stood up a similar function at The Advisory Board.
