Oversight of Railpen’s Supplier Management Framework- o Owner of Supplier Vision product- Key contact for both internal and external stakeholders Represent Railpen at the Supplier Vision User Group User Management Oversee the on-boarding of any new suppliers ensuring all mandatory information has been populated / uploaded Work with Knadel to develop new functionality and enhancements o Advise all relationship owners on compliance with the Supplier Management Framework Policy both at the outset as well as throughout the duration of the relationship- Conduct a periodic review of Supplier Vision to ensure that- • all governance meetings have taken place • all relevant documentation has been uploaded ie meeting minutes, issues • all events/actions have been completed within the specified timeframes eg risk management framework actions o Co-ordinate the Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) process for each supplier and support the relationship owners through this periodic process including- Issuance of the ODD questionnaire Analysis of feedback received Site visit attendance (if required) Follow up actions documented and added to events schedule o Work closely with the Operational Due Diligence Lead to ensure Railpen are up to date on best practice • Oversight of the Railpen Securities Lending Program- o Ensure compliance with the program parameters through daily monitoring o Provision of required reporting to various Investment Office teams as well as senior management and relevant Boards o Issue Escalation & Resolution o Monitor performance against agreed SLA & KPIs o Attend relevant BNYM governance meetings • Middle Office management activities covering all instrument types (equities, FI, derivatives, PropertY, Private Equity, FX) and processes. • Middle Office project management
