About Brian Williams
As the General Manager of Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards, I oversee the daily operations and financial performance of a 524-room hotel with square feet of meeting space. I work with a team of 200 associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve operational excellence. I also collaborate with the sales and marketing department to drive revenue and occupancy growth, and with the banquet department to ensure successful events and catering services.I have been a hospitality professional for over 20 years, managing different properties and teams across Baltimore, Washington DC and North Carolina. I have a proven track record of increasing guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability. I have also received multiple awards for my leadership and marketing skills, including the Director of Sales of the Year and the Marketing Excellence Award. I am a US Navy veteran and a student of religion and philosophy, which have shaped my values and vision for the hospitality industry.
