As Chief of the Criminal Investigations Division for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, I oversee all investigative operations supporting Michigan’s largest prosecutor’s office. Leading a dedicated team of detectives, I ensure that investigations are conducted with professionalism, integrity, and efficiency. I develop policies and procedures that align with the Prosecutor’s Office mission and Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) regulations while mentoring detectives to promote accountability and excellence.In my role, I serve as the Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) and Local Agency Security Officer (LASO) for the Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN), ensuring the secure and compliant use of law enforcement databases. I also manage investigative systems, including LexisNexis, TLO, JDW, and MAPS, using technology to drive successful case outcomes. As the primary liaison between the Prosecutor’s Office and local, state, and federal agencies, I collaborate with partners such as the Michigan State Police, Wayne County Sheriff\'s Office, and federal task forces to strengthen regional public safety.I oversee division resources, including vehicles, equipment, and budget management, ensuring efficient operations. Additionally, I manage employee relations, from hiring and training. and maintaining MCOLES compliance for sworn detectives.I represent the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in professional organizations, including the Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police, FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA), and Chiefs of Police organizations throughout Wayne County and Southeastern Michigan. My leadership emphasizes operational excellence, technological innovation, and strong partnerships to enhance public safety.
