o Responsible for managing all Estimating, Engineering and Proposal activities within the Brace Specialty Services division. o Orchestrate effective new engineering tools, estimating tools, work processes along with departmental procedures as well as implement new training tools for departmental personnel while heading up the training of departmental personnel on heat trace design, estimating and proposal development. o In charge of examining RFQ packages to identify bid requirements as well as assign departmental resources also develop estimating and proposal bid strategies to meet RFQ requirements.o Prepare turn-key cost estimates then submit proposals for customer review in addition to creating as well as handling the full coordination of all engineering and construction schedules for construction. o Generate and oversee all material requisitions. o Selected to construct post award job books and organize internal kick-off meetings for project execution team. o Work in conjunction with other Brace regional locations to establish best practices and estimating/proposal standards. o Attend pre-bid and job walks for prospective projects.
