This includes creating and managing budgets, lease renewals, and property services for over 20 properties consisting of approximately square feet.• Assist in analysis and decision making for the procurement, disposition, evaluation, construction and financing of various real estate developments for RMC.• Provide transaction and project management to various existing properties and/or new developments in the RMC the portfolio. • Oversee land use changes for potential developments, including zoning changes, subdivisions, lot splits, etc.
