A Drill Sergeant once told me, “No one is too good to clean a toilet.” That lesson stuck. It guides how I work: put people first, do the hard and unglamorous work, and lead by example.My background spans clinical care and healthcare technology. I began my non-military career as a critical care nurse and Veteran care advocate, working in high-stakes clinical environments before moving into healthcare SaaS. That experience shapes how I approach technology by focusing on real outcomes, not theory.Today, I work in at the intersection of healthcare data, interoperability, and go-to-market strategy. I help teams and customers translate complex capabilities into clear value.I value transparency, collaboration, and systems that actually work. I ask questions, challenge assumptions, and believe the best results come from rolling up your sleeves and building together.
