Jan 2014 — Present · Houston, TX, US

As the Global Manager, I have the honor of leading a talented global team of clinical professionals, including EAP advisors, mental health clinicians, childcare subject matter experts, and drug & alcohol Designated Employer Representatives (DERs). Together, we oversee the management of 22 global EAP/mental health vendors in collaboration with our regional corporate partners. My responsibilities encompass providing subject matter expertise in the strategic design, development, and implementation of psychological solutions for our global population of employees, their dependents, and retirees. I am committed to delivering 24/7 direct services and managing the clinical supervision of our worldwide Behavioral Health, Employee Assistance, WorkLife Services, and Substance Prevention Programs to ensure overall health, employee engagement, safety, and productivity. I collaborate closely with various global stakeholder groups, including Senior Leadership, Legal, Global Medical/Occupational Health & Wellness, Disability Management, Global HR, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Global Security, Crisis Management Threat Assessment Team, Expatriate Services/Mobility, Learning & Development (L&D), Global Staff, and vendors. In managing our annual budget, I ensure the delivery of EAP services, the expansion of mental health offerings, the maintenance of a drug & alcohol deterrent program, the streamlining of childcare programs, the development of wellbeing initiatives, and the enhancement of our corporate impact. A significant part of my role involves developing and effectively communicating integrated EAP and WorkLife strategies, visions, and guidelines related to behavioral well-being programming, onsite clinicians, onsite childcare facilities, and a corporate drug & alcohol policy. Additionally, I lead global operations in behavioral-based safety and stress management, critical incident management response, fitness for duty, and return-to-work clearance.
