In this vein, I try to improve myself daily by learing, building upon even the seemingly remotest of ideas and thought to help achieve lofty goals. My view is that every employee, partner, and others involved in a project should share in the rewards. Those around me make my job easier and more enjoyable because we can only achieve so much by ourselves - but so much more with others. But together we can achieve and overcome the insurmountable. Shoot for the Stars, Take what you get, and if you blow up on the launching pad - at least you went somewhere and can say you did SOMETHING. Fear will always keep you pinned to the ground. so, live life, life that is too short, and reach for the unreachable with great people around you.
