I am working at the corporate office in Lexington, Kentucky as a (Remote) Benefits and Leave Specialist. I am responsible for leaves and benefits in the US, Canada, Mexico and other countries globally and a contributing member of the Total Rewards Team and current Global Wellbeing Project Manager! Manage the Leave of Absence program for the entire United States/Canada work force, working with our 3rd party administrator, Lincoln Financial. Responsibilities include being the point of contact for plant and field HR Business partners, all other office and remote employees, and assisting with any FMLA or STD issues, researching those issues with Lincoln Financial and their Leave management specialists, and then working with the employees and HRBP\'s to assist in resolving issues of abuse and other time-away-from-work issues. Manage the LOA email box for the team, handling questions and issues for employees, managers and HR Business Partners. Daily emails number between 40-100, as well as phone calls directly from employees and team members. Manage the Benefits email box for the team, handling questions and issues for employees, managers and HR Business Partners. Daily emails number between 25-40, as well as phone calls directly from employees and team members. I also coordinate the Open Enrollment for the entire company, including Enrollment Guide preparation and distribution. I am the main Point of contact for all vendors, including Mercer, Anthem, Fidelity(401k) and Express-Scripts. Responsible for uploading and processing the weekly 401k contributions, loans and company match with Fidelity, as well as 401k for the Teamsters Union employees.Global Wellbeing Project Manager responsible for the review, selection and implementation of a Global Wellbeing platform for the entire VGO Global community.
