   As an HR Technology Consultant (TC), I focus on creating tailored, client-specific HRIS/HCM/Benefits Administration technology solutions that support the overall business goals for our client. This may include partnering with HRIS/HCM/ERP SaaS vendors to introduce current and trending Workforce Management services while managing the RFI/RFP (Request for Information)(Request for Proposal) process when USI clients are seeking a new technology provider. In addition, I also may provide oversight with clients implementation processes. In addition, I develop, maintain, and grow the vendor partnerships for USI Insurance Services on behalf of our clients by using a consultative approach. My role as a HR Technology Consultant is a value add supporting all USI clients ensuring that each client will achieve their HR objectives without jeopardizing compliance while learning about new regulatory changes.
