My research focuses on motor and sensory neuron diseases. We work at the basic science level using both biased and unbiased approaches to identify novel therapeutic targets and candidates and at the clinical trial level, where we have conducted a phase 2 clinical study using a candidate therapeutic identified through our basic science effort. I apply the interventional techniques for novel intrathecal therapy treatment and development.
