Maintain expert-level knowledge of applicable regulations and credit union policies to support strategic planning, perform compliance assessments, assess company practices, support research and risk processes, and manage projects. Execute assigned functions including planning, reporting, and finalization; execute work in conformance with department standards, budgets and deadlines.Pertaining to lending, support compliance with all regulations as required by law, including but not limited to Regulation B, Regulation Z, RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, FCRA, UDAAP requirements and CARD Act. Pertaining to deposits, support compliance with all regulations as required by law, including but not limited to BSA, OFAC, FACT Act, GLBA, Regulation CC (Funds availability), Regulation DD (TISA), and Regulation E.
