Constantly evaluating risk and identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement. Introduced Meeting Management concepts to our multiple regions by first championing the concept in our NW Region. Facilitated multiple Kaizen style Continuous Improvement groups, and have successfully lowered both direct and indirect expenses associated with on the job injuries by over 90%.
