For the past 20 years I have been working in the pharmaceutical testing industry where I have evolved from a Chemist doing Wet Chemistry and HPLC work to a Global IT Director. While a Chemist, I served on the Safety Committee and volunteered as the St. Louis site Chemical Hygiene Officer. During my years on the bench, I had to adhere to all GMP guidelines and as a result, have a thorough knowledge of GMP and multi compendial methods. I also took on duties as the backup Administrator for Nugenesis at St. Louis and Edison sites and the Chromeleon and Empower administrator. Being in IT Managment now for the past 10+ years, I have excellent knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 because almost all of our systems have to adhere to it. I have administered our VMware environment, VMware Horizon View environment, SAN storage, Exchange, O365 hosted email, DR solution, Enterprise AV, backups, Active Directory, Workstations, Servers, Oracle and SQL Databases, Empower, Chromeleon, Nugenesis, SMSII, GeSensing, Rees, ADT Security, Cisco routers and firewalls, and phone systems. I am very proficient at Crystal Reports writing. I have helped author Software and IT SOPs and Validations. All of this experience has allowed me to be a very well rounded IT Director.
