Throughout my career, I\'ve built a solid reputation as a results-focused leader, doer, achiever and problem solver with demonstrated expertise in positioning both startups and established companies for optimized growth, expansion and sustainability. Time and again, as a President, CFO, CTO and CIO, I\'ve leveraged financial insights, innovation and education to create a winning workplace culture in which product development and accelerated profitable growth result as a natural byproduct. Currently, my role as President of two private equity portfolio companies has me focused on driving technology, training, culture development, efficiencies and capital discipline throughout the organization. I was blessed to step into an incredible team of people that will ensure organizational success for our sponsor. Prior to my current role, I was at ProFrac, starting in strategy and being repeatedly promoted until final role as CFO. Our team implemented new technologies, both in the field and back office. The role has grew to the level of Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP & A, Digital & Software, ESG & Sustainability and equipment engineering as direct reports. My role encompasses all facets of CFO, CIO and CTO. My team has also completed acquisitions, asset dispositions, private investments and capital raises at the fastest growing frac company in the U.S.Previously Managing Director and head of energy research at various investment banks focusing on natural resources. I covered up to 43 oil service names, manage the commodity outlook and 8 senior analysts with responsibilities of over 120 energy stocks. I also spent two years at a hedge fund with positive absolute returns in both years. My past experience has all been in the energy sector. I began as a chemical engineer for KBR working on LNG and chemical projects. I also worked for a Nobel Prize winner to move his lab unit up to a pilot plant and lowered the production cost by 25% while increasing production by 500%.The technical background helped me move into business development, covering Europe, Africa and the Middle East. I facilitated the sales of engineering and construction projects; duties included client interactions, proposal preparation, request for proposal budget from senior management, including C-Level Executives, pricing of jobs and various other sales roles.Specialties: CFA charterholder - a certification focusing on ethics, portfolio management, corporate finance, economics, valuation, the psychology of investing and other investment topics.FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 86 & 87
