Lead the Global IT support teams in North and South America to meet company SLA’s on ServiceNow incident cases, product deliveries, and projects. On-site manager and technical lead responsible for the IT infrastructure availability while working with global teams to ensure service uptime. Implement new technology solutions by working closely with the Business Infrastructure Managers and Project Managers on cross-functional teams at our Volvo locations. Monitor and identify trends with the IT support teams that could relate to potential quality performance concerns at our Volvo Trucks and Mack Trucks manufacturing sites. Demonstrate strong knowledge of systems and services available within the IT service catalog. Design and manage all global PC procurement processes as the key Product/Process owner, while reducing waste and focusing on continuous service improvement. Provide both agile and predictive project leadership approach on various small to medium scale projects within the organization. Responsible for all Global Procurement of PC’s and PC peripherals at our 11 GEO locations on the Global Shared Services (HCL-Volvo) account. Facilitate regular stakeholder Global meetings on IT procurement projections to determine the defined budget and total cost of ownership. Travel to many of the Volvo sites as the project lead with migrations and/or rollouts. Manage the Dell Tech Direct account on a global level, and act as the single point of contact for all administrator/financial activities.
