I am a very lucky person! Rarely do people do for a living what they went to school to study, and enjoy it as much as they do!I currently manage complex roadway design projects. I am also the interchange specialist at B&N that is responsible for identifying and developing different interchange configurations for various projects the entire company is involved in. This means I get to test my creativity by using PRACTICAL DESIGN strategies to come up with COST-EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS to usually very complicated problems! This effort includes reviewing current interchange options already developed for cost-saving ideas, developing new interchange configurations at existing locations, and identifying innovative interchange ideas at new locations.I also am a Business Development leader, allowing me to interact regularly with our clients to determine what it is they need and how B&N can provide. This is one part of my job that I am very passionate about.
