ABOUT BRIAN TA

My name is Brian Ta, and I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2023 with a Master of Science in Learning Technologies | Workforce Leadership & Development. I also graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geosciences in 2019. While my undergraduate studies were geared towards the environmental field, I found my true passion within Learning & Development. I find great fulfillment in contributing towards someone else\'s success and the continuous growth of my organization.I value honesty, accountability, integrity, respect, resourcefulness, proactiveness, flexibility, critical thinking, patience, open-mindedness, and a team-centric mentality. These values reflect in my actions as a leader, colleague, and employee.When it comes to Learning & Development, I implement modern adult learning theories, active learning, blended learning, learning technologies, regular communication with stakeholders. I aspire to continue developing robust training infrastructure, learning opportunities, more well-rounded employees, and a company culture that promotes a growth mindset. Some of my greatest accomplishments include hosting over training seats totaling over training hours, developing & administering 2 iterations of mentorship programs, developing & administering 4 iterations of front-line manager training programs, engaging in the development of over 50 training curriculums, authoring over 25 eLearning courses, serving as the primary manager of the company\'s LMS, serving as the primary trainer for the company\'s transition into a new project management platform, and being a primary author for my current company\'s orientation.If you have any questions or would like any additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
