About Brian Stoltzenburg
I have 20+ years experience within the reinforcing steel industry including roles in Sales and Estimating and mainly rebar detailing. Experience in all projects from the largest waste water treatment plants and high rise buildings to the smallest elevator pits and ADA compliant ramps and stairs. During this 20 years, I was able to return to school and received my Bachelor\'s degree in Leadership and Management, all while maintaining a home life with my wife and two incredible daughters.I believe in doing things right the first time since we do not need the practice. I believe that we are all given opportunities, and that they should not be wasted. Good words from customers and them remembering my name is way more valuable than a congrats from my supervisor. I approach my tasks with the \"How can I help you and make your project better?\" attitude. Serving others is the base for Servant Leadership and the model I try to follow.
