ABOUT BRIAN STEUBER

I am a Global Private Clients Tax Partner in Moss Adams’ Silicon Valley Office. Our offices in the San Francisco Bay Area advise the fast-growing companies and investors through assurance, tax, consulting, risk management, transaction services, employee benefit plan audits, outsourced accounting and wealth services. Moss Adams is one of the largest national accounting firms in the United States, in California and in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a tax partner, my specialty is focusing on Private Client Services both domestically and internationally working with high net worth clients becoming their trusted advisor with a focus on providing income tax/equity compensation planning, and other services relating to their international tax issues, business and investment entities for over 24+ years. My clients span across a number of industry groups including technology companies, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturers, and retailers. In addition I have worked with companies in respect of their global mobility programs, whether they are transferring their first employee or have routinely sent employees from one tax jurisdiction to another. These services focus on cross-border compensation and equity planning, income and social security tax planning and compliance, program infrastructure, policies, and tax reimbursement arrangements.
