My passion is leading people and coaching them to find resolution to organizational challenges. I am a motivated leader with over 10 years of operations and program management in a demanding, fast-paced environment. I ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and travel to meet with departmental leaders to educate them on program goals and learn about the barriers that we can alleviate to improve their operations. I rely on data-driven analysis of business efforts and our workforce to maximize efficiencies and improve business processes. Utilizing a collaborative team building process, establishing relationships and developing trust are key ingredients that enable me to deliver a positive organizational culture. I have extensive supervisory and HR related experience; specifically, I\'ve completed over 280-hours of training at an Executive Leadership Course at UNC-Chapel Hill and a distinguished graduate of the United States Air Force\'s senior supervisory course. I am skilled in executive communications, to include C-level executives, and fluent in both virtual and in-person collaborative software. I am the recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism, most recently a second Legion of Merit award for exceptionally meritorious service to the United States.I look forward to networking and discussing more about opportunities to learn from one another.
