   Duties include bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts receivable and payable services for non-profit arts organizations. I work with 12 different companies with revenues between 100k-600k, managing a total of nearly 3 million dollars of income and expenses. We also file quarterly and yearly tax documents for our clients, including processing all their W-2s and 1099s and work intimately with each non-profit’s accountants on their yearly tax audits. Some online software we used are: Quickbooks Desktop and Online, Gusto, ADP, Paychex, various banking platforms and a variety of fundraising services and payment processors like Stripe, Square and PayPal. Pentacle provides arts administration services for creative companies. With multiple departments facilitating everything to fiscal services (bookkeeping, payroll) to booking (representing prestigious dance companies on The Roster) to consulting with artists on how to facilitate and fund their artistic ambitions, Pentacle helps provide support in a multitude of ways.
