Currently as the shape:tronic Product Manager for ANDRITZ Herr-Voss Stamco Inc. in the North American market he assists ANDRITZ in continuing to be a major part of the shape measurement and control industry since the 1970’s. Continuous development of the ANDRITZ Sundwig shape measurement and control systems ensures that their products conform to the highest quality levels, under license from the VDEh-Betriebsforschungsinstitut (BFI) for more than 30 years, proven in over 700 lines worldwide, including 1,500 shapemeter rolls. The shape control systems are used in different kinds of rolling mills in the steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and nonferrous metal industries.When moving over to Herr-Voss Stamco within ANDRITZ the responsibilities grew to include management of the shapemeter shop along with further technology and business development.
