Product Development and Execution• Defines, prioritizes, and manages the Community Bank’s personal and small business deposits product roadmap to deliver highly competitive, differentiated products and features that integrate into a broader customer-focused product and pricing ecosystem. • Collaborates with channel delivery groups to ensure the execution of peer-leading, end-to-end customer experiences for deposits-relevant customer journeys with an emphasis on customer listening. • Collaborates with the larger Community Bank Product and Digital Team to support and deliver on an ecosystem of complementary retail products and features. • Serves as accountable owner for the Community Bank’s specialty customer segments. • Manages third-party vendors and partners to ensure alignment on roadmap scope and prioritization, effective delivery, as well as optimization of value and risk via contract management.Product Promotion• Leads the Community Bank’s cross-functional Acquisition team and collaborates with Early Tenure and Retention working teams. • Collaborates with Marketing to develop and prioritize go-to-market promotion and deposit product marketing campaigns.Product Performance• Delivers unit and balance performance within the Community Bank’s risk and pricing tolerances for checking, savings and other Community personal and small business deposit products and features. • Develops competitive and strategic pricing recommendations across all Community deposit products and works across Treasury and Finance and groups to understand projected business outcomes. • Defines and monitors category goals and KPI’s, in collaboration with internal partners, and socializes performance across the Community Bank leadership team.
