As the Preconstruction Manager, I oversee a unique client journey experience from initial \"Contact\" to the final \"Contract\". This dynamic role engages multiple levels of team members, processes, trade partners, but most importantly, I gives me the opportunity to meet with home owners and explore their custom home build or renovation plans. While establishing a preliminary scope with the home owner and in an effort to assess budgets and build feasibility, I work to maintain and develop trade partners relationships, work with Project Managers during the transition from budgeting to estimating to contracts, and to ultimately establish a final contract scope and associated price.
