About Brian Rubin
Hello, I’m Brian Rubin, an Associate Director credit analyst at S&P Global with over 10 years of experience in the health care, capital goods, packaging, and environmental services industries. I currently manage a ratings portfolio in the health care industry of 15+ issuers, a mix between pharmaceutical, health care professional service, and health care service companies. In addition to my role as a credit analyst, I mentor credit analysts and interns, developed a new publishing format for the market, and developed a Tableau dashboard to improve peer analysis. Prior to my current role, I worked at TD Bank in West Palm Beach, Florida, where I managed a portfolio of 15+ clients totaling over $1 billion in outstanding debt in the healthcare industry. In my last year at TD, I have performed analysis on 24 proposed opportunities amounting to over $2.3 billion in debt.Before joining TD Bank, I worked for Ford Motor Credit Company where I was in their Leadership Development program. The program rotated through all faculties of the automotive finance industry including automotive credit floor planning and customer credit approvals. In the credit department, I completed my rotation faster than anyone else in the program as I quickly mastered the position. In the credit approval department, I originated over in auto loans a day. I earned my MBA from the University of Florida in December 2018 with a 3.8 GPA. I also received my BA from the University of Florida. When I am not in the office, I can be found on the golf course or tennis court. More recently, you may even find me on the pickle ball courts. I look forward to connecting with you.
