As Deputy General Manager at the Regional Flood Control District, I help lead flood mitigation efforts that protect lives and property across Southern Nevada. I have 20 years of experience in hydrology, hydraulics, flood risk mapping, computer modeling, and planning, designing, and implementing major stormwater infrastructure projects. I’m passionate about leveraging GIS tools to analyze and visualize flood risk and about turning technical insight into clear, impactful communication. I get to help lead an incredible team of dedicated public works professionals who care deeply about their work and the people it impacts. I thrive on efficiency and creativity and building cultures rooted in trust, curiosity, and positive energy. Also, my spreadsheets are magnificent.
