Athletes in Action\'s mission is to relationally connect with athletes in the sport of cycling and encourage them toward a lifetime deep spirituality. Our goal is to serve athletes mentally, emotionally and spiritually, to encourage athletes to be well rounded, deeply spiritual people, mobilized to be servant-leaders in whatever sphere of influence they have. My position consists of raising personal support for the ministry, creating and implementing an immediate and long-term vision, cultivating relationships within the sport of cycling and the industry, and mobilizing athletes to become servants and leaders of their fellow teammates.
