About Brian Rohr

I lead the Finance and Accounting function within our Benefits division at Amwins. In my role, I am responsible for end-to-end management of our P&L and Balance Sheet and associated processes. I partner closely with the senior leaders across the six operating companies within Benefits, while also manage the consolidated reporting, budgeting/forecasting and analytics for the division. My team is also very involved in the M&A activity of the division and leads the integration of Finance and Accounting processes. Before joining Amwins, I worked as a senior Finance and Operations leader at IFF, a multi-national and public manufacturing company. In this role, I led a large-scale transformation to implement a new ERP system as well as drive significant margin improvement through several cost focused initiatives. I also led our Corporate Real Estate and Facilities team across 82 countries. Prior to this role, I served in various Finance leaderships roles within Corporate FP & A and Business Unit Finance within the Financial services industry, notable asset management and retirement. Outside of my professional career, I am passionate about health and wellness and staying active. In addition to training for a race from time to time, this provides a daily foundation so that I can show up as the best version of myself.
