For more than nine years, I oversaw a $4.6 million operating budget and supervised a team of 16 staff members across various functions, including accounting, administration, and unit service.My core competencies include creative problem solving, interpersonal skills, and staff development. I have a proven track record of leading successful fundraising campaigns and events, generating over from special events and from annual giving.
