I am currently a Trial Attorney for Farmers Insurance, zealously representing and defending clients in venues throughout Upstate NY. From 2010 to 2024 I managed the Managing Attorney for the GEICO Staff Counsel Office in Albany, NY. Our office represented and defended the interests of our clients throughout Upstate NY and Western MA. We handled suit and arbitration defense matters for our clients arising from litigation claims related to bodily injury, property damage, uninsured/underinsured motorists, personal injury protection (PIP), and subrogation. I have previously served as a Trial Attorney in GEICO\'s Staff Counsel Office from 20••••10, as well as our Orange County CA GEICO Staff Counsel office from 20••••07. I am admitted as an attorney in NY, MA, & CA, as well as to federal practice in the Northern District of NY, and the Central District of CA. Prior to law school, I joined GEICO in 1998 as a Property Casualty Sales Agent in San Diego, CA, and was licensed throughout the U.S.
